I understand that due to the popularity of massage workshops, once payment has been received, those fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to another date or person/dog unless previously confirmed.
I understand due to the learning environment that if my dog is overly disruptive or shows aggression, I may be asked to leave the workshop if I can't settle my dog and I won't be refunded my fees paid.
